UNDERSTANDING YOUR LETTER JACKET OPTIONS

Factors that affect how long it will take to receive your jacket:

We inventory jackets in sizes XS-2X in our showroom to provide faster turnaround on standard orders.
Your jacket will be completed quickly (often in 2-3 weeks) for orders consisting of an in-stock jacket, a grad year patch or numerals and name embroidered on front and/or back. We make every attempt to keep mascot patches in stock and adding one to you jacket will not likely delay your order.
If you order a jacket with sleeve or body length alteration, the total production time could be 10-11 weeks. These jackets have to be ordered individually with manufacturing. If you think you will require a jacket size with alterations, we encourage you to order early; perhaps even before you have been awarded your letter. We will hold your jacket in our office until you have earned your award letter. You can send it to us when you receive it or provide confirmation of eligibility. Sew down only takes a few days and your jacket will be ready to wear.
